Why?
Wattle Street beach house was an old beach shack that was built in the 1940’s & in 2018 an extensive reno turned it into what it is today, adding all the modern conveniences but still keeping the laid back Sawtell coastal vibe.

Fun Fact
Sawtell is every developers dream. In 1923 a man named Oswald Sawtell subdivided the land and named the new development after himself. The town was officially gazetted as Sawtell in 1927.
